Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years documented restaurant P&L management experience
  • 5 to 7 years restaurant working experience
  • Graduation from food service management or culinary program preferred
  • Demonstrated skills in team management and issue resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of company policies and standards
  • Ability to communicate clearly and understand instructions
  • Work varied and rotating schedule including opening and closing shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years documented restaurant profit and loss management experience
  • 5-7 years overall restaurant experience in similar type
  • Graduation from Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute part of experience
  • Strong team management and delegation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
  • Knowledge of HMSHost policies, products, service standards, and operations
  • Effective communication skills for understanding policies and training staff

Job Duties

  • Manage opening and closing of the restaurant ensuring all operational checklists are completed
  • Deploy staff and resources effectively to maximize restaurant profitability
  • Conduct hiring, promoting, and terminating decisions while supporting diversity and inclusion
  • Ensure product availability and maintain restaurant equipment efficiently
  • Train and coach staff on brand standards, technology, and operational procedures
  • Handle day-to-day restaurant activities, resolve customer and associate issues, and implement marketing programs
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and protocols
