Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years documented restaurant P&L management experience
- 5 to 7 years restaurant working experience
- Graduation from food service management or culinary program preferred
- Demonstrated skills in team management and issue resolution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of company policies and standards
- Ability to communicate clearly and understand instructions
- Work varied and rotating schedule including opening and closing shifts
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years documented restaurant profit and loss management experience
- 5-7 years overall restaurant experience in similar type
- Graduation from Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute part of experience
- Strong team management and delegation skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- Knowledge of HMSHost policies, products, service standards, and operations
- Effective communication skills for understanding policies and training staff
Job Duties
- Manage opening and closing of the restaurant ensuring all operational checklists are completed
- Deploy staff and resources effectively to maximize restaurant profitability
- Conduct hiring, promoting, and terminating decisions while supporting diversity and inclusion
- Ensure product availability and maintain restaurant equipment efficiently
- Train and coach staff on brand standards, technology, and operational procedures
- Handle day-to-day restaurant activities, resolve customer and associate issues, and implement marketing programs
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and protocols
