Job Requirements

  • 3-5 or more years of supervisory or management experience in airline lounge or multi-unit food and beverage operations
  • demonstrated team management and delegation abilities
  • knowledge of HMSHost policies
  • ability to read, speak and comprehend instructions and correspondence
  • comfortable conversing with diverse individuals

Job Qualifications

  • Supervisor or unit-level manager experience in high volume airline lounge or multi-unit food and beverage operations
  • knowledge of HMSHost policies and operational standards
  • team management and issue resolution skills
  • ability to multi-task
  • strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage day to day activities of associates and assign responsibilities to ensure lounge is open and staffed appropriately
  • ensure exceptional food, service, ambiance and overall customer and associate satisfaction
  • monitor guest interactions and ensure proper training of staff according to standards
  • ensure all products are prepared and presented according to airline and company standards
  • monitor and manage operational results to maximize satisfaction and financial results
  • maintain quality control records and ensure compliance with policies
  • maintain effective communication and positive associate relations including hiring, training and performance management
