Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years documented restaurant P&L management experience
- 5 to 7 years overall restaurant industry experience
- ability to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency in reading and understanding policies and operational procedures
- knowledge of HMSHost brand standards or ability to learn quickly
- authorization to work in the United States
- ability to speak and write English fluently
Job Qualifications
- Experience managing quick-service or similar restaurants
- demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- knowledge of restaurant financial management including P&L responsibility
- familiarity with operational systems such as MIV, Kronos, or Crunch Time
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to interpret and enforce health and safety standards
- capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Open and close the restaurant according to established procedures
- deploy staff and manage schedules to maximize operational profitability
- provide coaching and support to restaurant associates to achieve business goals
- manage hiring, termination, and promotion decisions within the unit
- ensure compliance with company diversity and inclusion policies
- monitor inventory levels and oversee ordering and receiving of supplies
- maintain and supervise restaurant equipment and address maintenance issues promptly
