Job Requirements

  • Must work onsite
  • Be flexible with schedule including evenings and weekends if required
  • Minimum of 5 years hospitality leadership experience
  • Prior experience as a General Manager or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of hospitality leadership experience including prior General Manager or equivalent role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a guest-service mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams
  • Knowledge of budgeting, payroll management and operational controls

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations and Guest Services
  • Lead, coach and develop departmental supervisors and staff to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction
  • Develop and oversee the annual budget, manage payroll and control operating expenses to meet profitability goals
  • Track performance metrics and guest feedback and implement improvements
  • Ensure full compliance with local, state and federal regulations and hotel standards
  • Monitor local market trends, identify demand-generators and engage with community partners
