Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of upper-level management experience in hospitality
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to encourage lead and manage a team by example
- High level of creativity enthusiasm and flexibility
- Strong computer skills including Word and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to convert vision into specific and tangible actions

Job Duties
- Develop implement monitor and participate in comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that maximize occupancy and rates
- Work directly with ownership group to strategize and implement projects for business growth
- Coordinate and assist with guest satisfaction and guest resolutions
- Maintain cross-relationship with restaurant or spa and promote overall property success
- Protect and enhance hotel assets through maintenance security housekeeping and capital budgeting
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial statements and reports with proper controls
- Coordinate weekly forecasting planning of staffing and cost expenditures
- Review and approve all operating expenses
- Perform networking local industry events and community relations
- Supervise and develop performance of all operating departments
- Interview hire train plan assign direct appraise reward discipline and resolve employee issues
