Job Duties

- lead from the front with a hands-on approach, ensuring presence and operational excellence
- spearhead the opening process with expertise, creating a seamless launch of this iconic property
- represent the hotel in the community, fostering partnerships with local businesses, chambers of commerce, and city leadership, including close collaboration with the mayor's office
- uphold luxury standards in all aspects of service, operations, and guest experience
