Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data
- Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using data and technology tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience running high-volume, fast-paced restaurants
- Leadership skills with a servant-leadership mindset
- Ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team
- Guest-first attitude and passion for hospitality
- Strong problem-solving, detail orientation, and financial acumen
- Comfortable with technology and data literacy
- Positive, proactive, and cool under pressure
- Degree in business management or hospitality is a plus, but not required with solid experience
Job Duties
- Own the day-to-day operations and set the pace for a fun, high-performance environment
- Hire, train, and coach an all-star team of team members and managers
- Drive top-tier guest experiences with warm welcomes, fast service, and great food every time
- Lead by example in hospitality, cleanliness, food quality, and team morale
- Build and manage budgets, hit your numbers, and grow your location
- Analyze financials, manage costs, and strategize ways to increase sales and profitability
- Handle scheduling, staffing, inventory, and vendor relationships with care
- Identify business opportunities and look for ways to improve
- Maintain high standards in food safety, cleanliness, and brand execution
