Job Requirements

  • Eighteen plus years old
  • Level 1 Serve Safe Certification (NY)
  • three plus years of management experience
  • ability to multitask and work hands-on
  • possess leadership and people skills
  • excellent communication ability
  • honest and reliable
  • ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English
  • ability to function in fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment
  • tolerance to temperature changes
  • experience working with hazardous substances such as hot oil
  • computer literacy including cash register operation
  • physical ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift over 50 pounds for up to 10 hours with breaks
  • finger dexterity
  • good vision including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • willingness to accept reasonable accommodations for disabilities
