Job Requirements
- Eighteen plus years old
- Level 1 Serve Safe Certification (NY)
- three plus years of management experience
- ability to multitask and work hands-on
- possess leadership and people skills
- excellent communication ability
- honest and reliable
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English
- ability to function in fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment
- tolerance to temperature changes
- experience working with hazardous substances such as hot oil
- computer literacy including cash register operation
- physical ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift over 50 pounds for up to 10 hours with breaks
- finger dexterity
- good vision including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
