Job Duties

  • Handling all staffing responsibilities including hiring training scheduling IDP’s and terminating
  • Overseeing purchasing of all food and supplies and managing use of food and beverages to minimize waste
  • Supervising staff in food preparation guest service cleaning and facility repairs
  • Promoting cooperative effort team spirit and good employee morale
  • Resolving customer complaints in a polite and friendly manner
  • Performing daily inspections and audits to ensure safety of equipment and proper food cooking addressing engineering problems
  • Ensuring kitchen compliance with health safety and hygiene standards maintaining a DOH score of 95 or better
  • Administering payroll and maintaining sales and cash receipt records including budgeting credit policies and banking
  • Maintaining communication with the Executive team and co-workers via email SLACK text and phone
  • Assisting other employees with duties during unexpected absences or high volume
  • Responding to guest and community interests to support marketing and advertising efforts
  • Performing other assigned work-related duties
