Job Duties
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick
- Understand and adhere to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs
- Comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations pertaining to health, safety and labor requirements
- Ensure all guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly and courteous service
- Maintain consistent product preparation and service according to CSC standards
- Achieve objectives for sales, service, quality, appearance, sanitation and cleanliness
- Develop, plan and implement marketing, advertising and promotional activities
- Create, communicate and follow up on operations and financial action plans
- Control cash and receipts by following cash handling and reconciliation procedures
- Make employment and termination decisions consistent with management guidelines
- Oversee timely completion of employee performance appraisals
- Create and maintain work schedules for the team
- Maximize labor performance by scheduling to business trends
- Fill in operational roles as needed to ensure guest service standards
- Coach and motivate assistant manager(s) and team
- Develop staff in managerial and professional areas
- Prepare required paperwork, forms and reports in an organized manner
- Maintain clean and operational equipment through inspections and maintenance
- Verify correct receipt of products and manage deliveries
- Set expectations and role model to create memorable guest experiences
- Address and celebrate guest feedback
- Control food and equipment inventories and maintain records
- Troubleshoot and seek repair or maintenance support for equipment
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, cleanliness, security and fire policies
- Administer prompt and consistent corrective actions for policy violations
