Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old
- level 1 serve safe certification for New York
- three plus years of management experience
- hands-on and multi-tasking
- people and leadership skills
- excellent communicator
- integrity honesty and reliability
- ability to read write speak and understand basic English
- ability to communicate clearly
- ability to function in a fast pace and noisy kitchen environment
- tolerance to temperature fluctuations
- able to work with hazardous substances such as hot oil
- ability to use a basic computer system such as cash register
