Job Requirements

  • 18 plus years old
  • level 1 serve safe certification for New York
  • three plus years of management experience
  • hands-on and multi-tasking
  • people and leadership skills
  • excellent communicator
  • integrity honesty and reliability
  • ability to read write speak and understand basic English
  • ability to communicate clearly
  • ability to function in a fast pace and noisy kitchen environment
  • tolerance to temperature fluctuations
  • able to work with hazardous substances such as hot oil
  • ability to use a basic computer system such as cash register
  • ability to walk stand bend kneel reach and lift 50 plus pounds for up to 10 hours with scheduled breaks
