Job Requirements

  • 18 plus years old
  • Level 1 Serve Safe Certification for New York
  • three or more years of management experience
  • hands-on and multi-tasking skills
  • people and leadership skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • integrity including honesty and reliability
  • ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English
  • ability to tolerate a fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment
  • tolerance to temperature fluctuations
  • ability to work with hazardous substances such as hot oil
  • ability to use basic computer systems including cash registers
  • physical ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50 plus pounds for up to 10 hours with scheduled breaks
