Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old
- Level 1 Serve Safe Certification for New York
- three or more years of management experience
- hands-on and multi-tasking skills
- people and leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- integrity including honesty and reliability
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English
- ability to tolerate a fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment
- tolerance to temperature fluctuations
- ability to work with hazardous substances such as hot oil
- ability to use basic computer systems including cash registers
- physical ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50 plus pounds for up to 10 hours with scheduled breaks
