- level 1 serve safe certification (New York requirement)
- 3 plus years of management experience
- hands-on and multi-tasking skills

- ability to function in a fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment
- tolerance to temperature fluctuations
- ability to work with hazardous substances such as hot oil
