Job Requirements

  • 18 plus years old
  • level 1 serve safe certification (New York requirement)
  • 3 plus years of management experience
  • hands-on and multi-tasking skills
  • people and leadership skills
  • excellent communicator
  • honesty and reliability
  • ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English
  • ability to function in a fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment
  • tolerance to temperature fluctuations
  • ability to work with hazardous substances such as hot oil
  • ability to use a basic computer system such as a cash register
  • physical ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50 plus pounds for the duration of a shift
  • finger dexterity
  • vision capabilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
