Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 plus years of general management or assistant management experience with Dominos Pizza
- Successful completion of corporate training program
- Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Must be able to lift to 25 30 pounds at times

Job Duties
- Oversees food preparation ensuring compliance with health safety food handling and hygiene standards
- Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience
- Handles customer complaints resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner
- Monitor food and labor costs watches for wasteful practices
- Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies
- Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance
- Monitor sales and tracks cash shortages
- Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested by upper management
- Maintain appearance of the staff and building
- Performs other duties as assigned
