Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years' General Manager experience in hotel management or 5 years in hotel management with relevant scale
- Strong leadership and team building abilities
- Commercial acumen with financial and revenue management expertise
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with ownership groups
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Hotel General Manager or 5 years' experience as a Hotel Manager managing properties with revenues of $30M and 250 rooms
- Proven leadership skills in building high-performing teams with a culture of accountability
- Strong commercial acumen with financial management and revenue optimization experience
- Skilled in relationship management with ownership groups
- Experience in resort operations with multiple revenue streams preferred
- Background in food and beverage operations with a focus on service excellence preferred
- Hilton brand experience preferred
- Local market knowledge preferred

- Oversee daily resort operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Drive service excellence across all departments
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and revenue optimization
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with ownership and stakeholders
