Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' hotel general manager experience or 5 years hotel manager experience managing a property with $30M revenues and 250 rooms
  • Demonstrated leadership in building and sustaining teams
  • Ability to foster accountability and collaboration
  • Skilled in relationship management with ownership
  • Strong financial management and revenue optimization skills
  • Resort operations experience preferred
  • Food & Beverage operations knowledge preferred
  • Hilton brand experience preferred
  • Local market experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as Hotel General Manager or 5 years in Hotel Management
  • Proven leadership skills building and sustaining high-performing teams
  • Skilled in building strong relationships with ownership groups
  • Strong commercial acumen including financial management
  • Experience in resort operations and multiple revenue streams preferred
  • Background in Food & Beverage operations advantageous
  • Familiarity with Hilton brand and local market experience
