Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years in hotel management or hospitality leadership
- ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- exceptional customer service skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- proficiency with hotel management software and technologies
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
