Job Requirements

  • minimum five years hotel general manager experience at large properties
  • experience managing labor relations and union partnerships
  • ability to cultivate and maintain strategic ownership partnerships
  • extensive experience in convention hotel operations
  • expertise in hotel operations and financial management
  • guest-focused and process-driven approach to service
  • experience in capital investment planning and revenue strategy

Job Qualifications

  • minimum five years hotel general manager experience in a property with at least 500 rooms and annual revenue of $75 million or more
  • proven record of managing labor relations and union partnerships
  • strong expertise in convention hotel operations and large-scale event management
  • experience in financial management and optimizing profitability
  • guest-focused mindset with process-driven service approach
  • experience in capital investment and commercial revenue strategy
  • strong community engagement skills
  • experience in high-volume food and beverage operations
  • bilingual skills desirable
  • knowledge of Hilton brand and standards

Job Duties

  • lead all hotel operations including rooms, food and beverage, and events
  • maximize revenue across rooms, events, and food and beverage departments
  • cultivate and maintain strong relationships with owners, community partners, and key stakeholders
  • manage labor relations and union partnerships
  • oversee capital investment planning and revenue strategy
  • inspire and develop high-performing teams
