Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years old
  • Must obtain Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) Certification post-employment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hotel management

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
  • Manage and lead a team of hotel employees to uphold company standards of service and hospitality
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize revenue, control costs, and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as company policies and brand standards
  • Review daily and weekly financial results including Daily Revenue Report, PACE Report, Labor Report, Expenses, and Forecast Reports
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure high level of customer service
  • Implement and maintain security and safety procedures for guests and employees
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to quality standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and the local community
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement
