Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership and management responsibility
- minimum of 3 years of profit and loss experience

Job Duties
- Implement and execute strategic plans that complement the Area's overall operating plan
- champion the execution of safety protocols and customer experience enhancements
- work with sales management to drive sales in commercial, industrial, residential, and municipal sectors
- oversee safety and accident prevention programs ensuring a safe and productive work environment
- lead operations to ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, accounting, safety, and ethical standards
- manage performance and talent development for division-level managers
- build and maintain strong relationships with government, community, and environmental groups
- manage travel requirements up to 30% as needed
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
