Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in aviation management, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in aerospace aftermarket or MRO operations
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality systems
- Proven ability to manage budgets and lead large teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the service center, ensuring timely and high-quality maintenance, repair, and overhaul services
- Implement Bombardier processes and standards to maintain operational excellence
- Develop and manage the service center's budget, driving profitability and cost efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to meet financial targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for key clients
- Resolve escalated issues promptly and maintain strong customer relationships
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, including technicians, planners, and support staff
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and Bombardier quality standards
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the service center
- Drive initiatives to improve turnaround times, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Implement Lean and best practices for operational efficiency
