- Passion for food and beverage
- minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in upscale luxury environment
- at least 5 years leading food and beverage teams
- post-secondary education is a plus
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication abilities
- flexible to work in a 24-hour operation
- proven ability to manage guest satisfaction and financial outcomes

- at least 5 years of leadership experience managing food and beverage teams
- post-secondary diploma or degree preferred

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service
