  • minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in upscale luxury environment
  • at least 5 years leading food and beverage teams
  • post-secondary education is a plus
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • flexible to work in a 24-hour operation
  • proven ability to manage guest satisfaction and financial outcomes

  • at least 5 years of leadership experience managing food and beverage teams
  • post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
  • proven expertise in food and beverage operations

Job Duties
