Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years management experience in quick service or fast food dining
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to work flexible hours and shifts
  • ability to operate all restaurant equipment
  • strong communication and leadership abilities
  • capacity to make effective decisions under pressure
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to stand for long periods and work in high temperatures
  • ability to work in close quarters with others
  • ability to handle various cleaning products
  • strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years management experience in a quick service or fast food dining concept
  • financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management
  • valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Recruit and hire staff, maintain a bench for future growth
  • Ensure all marketing plans are executed including installation of POP and menu board elements
  • Ensure restaurant is staffed properly and team members are properly trained
  • Ensure the restaurant is open and fully operational during business hours
  • Provide leadership by creating excitement, enthusiasm, positive mental attitude, and commitment to company objectives
  • Ensure correct inventory levels and equipment maintenance through approved vendors
  • Maintain excellent working knowledge and proficiency in all restaurant operations and technology
  • Supervise in accordance with performance and operating policies
  • Develop and motivate assistant managers, shift leaders, and team members
  • Review preliminary P&L statements and address questions to the District Manager
  • Adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to maintain a safe environment
