Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years management experience in quick service or fast food dining
- valid driver's license
- ability to work flexible hours and shifts
- ability to operate all restaurant equipment
- strong communication and leadership abilities
- capacity to make effective decisions under pressure
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to stand for long periods and work in high temperatures
- ability to work in close quarters with others
- ability to handle various cleaning products
- strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years management experience in a quick service or fast food dining concept
- financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management
- valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Recruit and hire staff, maintain a bench for future growth
- Ensure all marketing plans are executed including installation of POP and menu board elements
- Ensure restaurant is staffed properly and team members are properly trained
- Ensure the restaurant is open and fully operational during business hours
- Provide leadership by creating excitement, enthusiasm, positive mental attitude, and commitment to company objectives
- Ensure correct inventory levels and equipment maintenance through approved vendors
- Maintain excellent working knowledge and proficiency in all restaurant operations and technology
- Supervise in accordance with performance and operating policies
- Develop and motivate assistant managers, shift leaders, and team members
- Review preliminary P&L statements and address questions to the District Manager
- Adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to maintain a safe environment
