Job Requirements
- 3-5 years management experience in quick service or fast food
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work flexible hours and shifts
- ability to operate all restaurant equipment
- strong conflict resolution skills
- ability to make decisions under pressure
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- able to stand for long periods
- able to lift 50 pounds
- work in high temperature environments
- work in close quarters
- perform job under pressure while maintaining quality and speed
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years management experience in quick service or fast food dining concept
- financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work flexible hours
- strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
Job Duties
- Recruit and hire staff
- maintain a bench for future growth
- ensure marketing plans are executed including POP and menu board installation
- ensure proper staffing and training of team members
- ensure restaurant is open and fully operational during business hours
- provide leadership and foster a positive work environment
- manage inventory levels and maintain equipment
- maintain proficiency in restaurant operations and technology
- supervise according to performance and operating policies
- develop and motivate management and team members
- review preliminary P&L statements and communicate with District Manager
- adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies
