Job Requirements
- Minimum one year general manager experience
- experience managing $5 million in revenue or greater at a focused service property
- demonstrated success in team leadership and service culture building
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to recruit, train and develop team members
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead, direct and manage all hotel operations including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- lead service initiatives and manage balanced scorecard performance
- implement and comply with company policies and standards
- oversee sales and marketing initiatives
- lead and develop the executive team
- respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns
- participate in and facilitate hotel-wide meetings
