Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year general manager experience
  • experience managing $5 million in revenue or greater at a focused service property
  • demonstrated success in team leadership and service culture building
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to recruit, train and develop team members
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year experience as general manager

  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to develop and mentor executive teams
  • knowledge of hotel operations and financial principles
  • proficiency in strategic planning and performance management

Job Duties

  • Lead, direct and manage all hotel operations including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • lead service initiatives and manage balanced scorecard performance
  • implement and comply with company policies and standards
  • oversee sales and marketing initiatives
  • lead and develop the executive team
  • respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns
  • participate in and facilitate hotel-wide meetings
