Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of previous restaurant management experience
  • proven success building teams and sales
  • proven success managing restaurant financials

Job Qualifications

  • ability to read and write English
  • ability to verbalize and clearly respond to fans and players
  • stands and walks 100 percent of the shift
  • reaches, bends, stoops, and wipes frequently
  • lifts and carries up to 50 lbs, up to 20 times per shift
  • works frequently in damp, hot work environment
  • works with open flame
  • uses sharp knives and utensils
  • may use slicers or other kitchen machinery
  • ability to hold items with hands for extended periods with up to 5 lb of weight

Job Duties

  • Monitor all restaurant operations and conditions to ensure quality of product and fan service
  • source, interview, hire, train, evaluate, counsel, discipline, and terminate players as needed
  • oversee daily financial responsibilities including cash handling and deposits
  • review and monitor budgets to ensure efficient operation
  • investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
  • oversee cleaning and maintenance to meet health and safety regulations
  • assist with marketing strategy and promotional campaigns
  • exemplify desired culture and foster mentoring relationships
  • provide performance feedback and assist professional development of team
  • work effectively with management and players
  • rectify any fan complaints
  • operate computer systems and hardware
  • perform duties of service assistant, line cook, server, or bartender when needed
  • assist in other duties as directed
