Job Description
This opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products while maintaining full control over employment decisions such as hiring, firing, staff management, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- previous general manager experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- ability to lead a high volume restaurant
- strong customer service focus
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- excellent leadership and team management skills
- ability to develop and coach staff
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants
- background in hospitality or retail is desirable
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- ability to set and achieve operational goals
- experience managing multiple teams and departments
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- age 18 or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach department managers to set and follow up on departmental goals
- provide coaching and direction to improve department performance
- hire and develop department and shift managers
- maintain high standards for customer service and food quality
- manage staffing, scheduling, and operational activities to optimize restaurant performance
