This job posting represents an opportunity to join a vibrant and dynamic restaurant owned and operated by an independent McDonald's franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Proven ability to manage teams and meet operational goals
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience in high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail is beneficial
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to set and achieve operational goals
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach Department Managers to meet their goals and improve departments
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Monitor department progress and provide guidance
- Support a high-performing team environment
