Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50 or more pounds for up to 10 hours with scheduled breaks
- Ability to function in a fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment
- Tolerance to temperature fluctuations
- Ability to work with hazardous substances such as hot oil
- Must read, write, speak, and understand basic English
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Basic computer literacy including use of cash registers
- Finger dexterity
- Good vision including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules

Job Qualifications

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role

Job Duties
- Manage profit and loss by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
- Ensure excellent overall store performance and maintain an A health inspection rating
- Maintain satisfactory Secret Shopper and Steritech averages
- Oversee customer service by ensuring fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly
- Train, supervise, and mentor all staff members effectively
- Conduct performance appraisals, hold employees accountable, and celebrate successes
- Lead by example and delegate tasks fairly
- Encourage employee skill development and growth
- Work as a team member and communicate challenges and successes
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and uphold company standards
- Master all restaurant stations including cashier, grill, fry, table, dressing, and lobby
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and ensure food quality
- Stock and restock stations maintaining cleanliness and order
- Attend mandatory meetings including staff and leadership meetings
- Perform opening and closing duties according to company standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
