Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- One year experience in a similar position of responsibility or successful track record as an assistant manager
- College degree preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to perform and train in all restaurant positions
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Willingness to work day shift with 10 hour shifts

Job Duties
- Interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, developing staff
- Giving direction, delegating, problem solving, resolving conflicts
- Controlling cash and making deposits
- Ordering and managing inventory
- Handling operational and administrative paperwork such as new hires, work schedules, checklists, daily sales reports, inventory reports, attendance records, grading tests
- Maintaining high quality food production and outstanding customer service
- Ensuring cleanliness and adherence to company policies
