Job Requirements

  • Five or more years of leadership experience in a fast paced customer facing environment
  • experience managing teams, schedules, labor, guest issues and daily operations
  • strong preference for family entertainment, amusement, fast food, retail, hospitality or high volume restaurant experience
  • ability to lead from the floor, build team culture and hold staff accountable
  • comfortable working weekends, holidays and peak business hours

Job Duties

  • Lead daily park operations with a strong focus on safety, guest experience and team accountability
  • hire, train, coach and develop a high performing team
  • drive revenue, attendance, labor management and profitability
  • oversee scheduling, staffing, facility readiness and day to day execution
  • maintain strong standards around cleanliness, safety, customer service and operational consistency
  • partner with leadership on promotions, events and local business growth
  • be present during peak times including weekends, holidays and high traffic periods
