Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage labor and food costs
- Proven customer service expertise
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to work at least 50 hours per week
- Must have a valid non-expired driver's license
- Must pass background check
- Foodservice certification as required by state law
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to stand for long periods and adapt to kitchen environmental changes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Internet use
Job Qualifications
- One to three years restaurant management or related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to clearly communicate detailed information to guests, colleagues, and management
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to interact positively and professionally
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must pass background check
- Non-expired driver's license
- Acceptable driving record as per company policy and insurance requirements
- Current foodservice certificates as required by state law
- Availability to work morning, day, evening shifts including weekends
- Ability to work minimum 50 hours per week
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in employee motivation and team building
Job Duties
- Ensure all company standard operation procedures are followed
- Teach and practice Freddy's standards of quality, timeliness, and service
- Maintain an environment of open communication, positive attitudes, and trust-based relationships with all personnel
- Ensure customer satisfaction is the highest priority for all employees
- Lead by example maintaining a professional image, appearance, and language
- Conduct daily labor analysis to achieve target labor percentage
- Enforce quality control standards and procedures strictly
- Ensure all standardized portion control guidelines are followed and maintained
- Monitor sales trends, develop forecasts, and make effective decisions to control key cost of sales and labor
- Maximize productivity without compromising quality standards
- Ensure full restaurant compliance with all health department regulations
- Address critical violations promptly and provide corrective actions
- Conduct inspections and correct ongoing issues
- Enthusiastically meet guests needs and resolve guest complaints or concerns
- Review and approve all schedules and forecasts
- Coordinate opening and closing activities timely and safely
- Complete operational checklists daily
- Ensure cash handling procedures are followed
- Complete paperwork and administrative forms correctly and timely
- Resolve conflicts and improve team members performance constructively
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Internet proficiently
