Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years direct experience
  • ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stoop, and distinguish colors
  • frequent use of computers and handheld technology
  • ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
  • over 5 years of direct experience in retail management or related field

  • excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • proficiency in operational management and P&L oversight

  • Drive business at the local level with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • champion the omnichannel business model and elevate customer experience
  • build strong internal and external relationships
  • articulate and strategize merchandising needs with credibility
  • serve as the chief talent manager and develop store teams
  • lead through empowerment with clear communication and floor presence
  • manage operational excellence including P&L and expense control
  • prioritize and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
