Job Duties
- Manage overall sales and operations including professional and retail sales
- Oversee production, delivery, purchasing, and inventory control
- Supervise daily operations and utilize online system reports
- Develop and implement inventory control programs
- Recruit, hire, and train employees
- Motivate workforce and develop successor management
- Approve wage and salary increases and establish performance objectives
- Recommend capital improvements and manage maintenance programs
- Enforce company safety initiatives and compliance
- Communicate and enforce company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
- Obtain customer feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Manage budget accountability and financial performance
- Supervise subordinate supervisors and handle employee relations
