Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Manage overall sales and operations including professional and retail sales

  • Recruit, hire, and train employees
  • Motivate workforce and develop successor management
  • Approve wage and salary increases and establish performance objectives
  • Recommend capital improvements and manage maintenance programs
  • Enforce company safety initiatives and compliance
  • Communicate and enforce company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
  • Obtain customer feedback and ensure satisfaction
