Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals with leadership and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach Department Managers to improve their departmental performance
- Follow up on Department Managers’ progress and provide support where needed
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Ensure compliance with Servsafe certification and McDonald’s training standards
- Maintain a safe and drug-free work environment
