Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- demonstrated leadership experience in hospitality management, ideally in a full-service or resort setting
- strong financial acumen and operational expertise

Job Duties
- Provide daily leadership and direction to department heads
- create a positive work environment with a focus on performance and employee satisfaction
- monitor key performance indicators including guest satisfaction scores and engage with corrective measures when necessary
- collaborate with revenue management to optimize business performance
- conduct regular property walks to ensure operational readiness
- effectively resolve guest issues
- support staff engagement programs and succession planning
- act as a hands-on leader, stepping into operational roles as required
- stay informed on group sales leads and contracts
- ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
