Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the hotel industry
- Previous roles as Assistant General Manager or General Manager in limited service hotels
- Strong understanding of financial management
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Commitment to fostering inclusive workplace culture
Job Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in a hotel setting
- Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager of a limited service hotel
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated creativity in operational management
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
Job Duties
- Engage and inspire team members at all levels
- Manage the daily operations of the hotel efficiently
- Oversee training and development programs for staff
- Utilize Profit and Loss statements to drive financial performance
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Manage hotel design aspects to maintain brand and operational soul
- Achieve revenue and operational goals
