Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of hotel management experience
- General manager experience preferred
- Prior limited-service hotel experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of front desk and housekeeping operations
- Proven ability to manage budgets, labor, and financial reports
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with hotel PMS systems such as Opera, FOSSE, OnQ preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage if applicable
- Lead, train, coach, and develop department managers and team members
- Drive guest satisfaction and handle escalated guest concerns and service recovery
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, quality assurance audits, and company policies
- Manage financial performance including budgets, P&L, labor control, and expense management
- Monitor and improve RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and overall hotel performance
- Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, payroll, and labor optimization
- Maintain property standards related to cleanliness, safety, and preventive maintenance
- Oversee inventory control, purchasing, and vendor relationships
- Serve as manager on duty as required
