Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- BA or BS degree preferred in institutional management, dietetics or equivalent
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification is an asset
- Minimum of five years progressive experience in dietetics or healthcare foodservice management
- Seven to ten years of progressive management experience
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to develop methodologies for data collection and program auditing
- Commitment to mission, vision, and values of Trinity Health
Job Duties
- Oversees day-to-day management of Food and Nutrition Services department
- Coordinates standardization of policies and procedures related to expense management and operations
- Develops and implements program budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Leads performance improvement plans to address customer satisfaction and program quality
- Manages hiring, training, appraisals, and disciplinary actions for staff
- Reviews and approves expense reports and ensures compliance with organizational policies
- Maintains compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and safety standards
