Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, business administration, or related field
  • minimum of 3 years experience managing multi-unit food service operations
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to manage budgets and ensure operational efficiency
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance
  • ability to use digital design tools such as Canva and PowerPoint
  • ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines during peak periods
  • adherence to HSEQ policies and procedures
  • must comply with the company dress code
  • ability to foster a culture of safety, innovation, and client satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Experience managing multi-unit operations in food service environments for at least 3 years
  • demonstrated leadership skills managing diverse teams of over 20 employees
  • proficient interpersonal and coaching abilities
  • proven track record in maintaining strong client relationships and effective communication
  • expertise in budget management and operational efficiency
  • knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • experience with digital and printed design work, including Canva and PowerPoint
  • accredited culinary institution or hospitality program graduate preferred
  • ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain immediately upon hire preferred
  • experience managing within unionized environments preferred

  • anticipate client needs proactively, swiftly addressing challenges and turning them into opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • foster robust relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring consistent excellence in hospitality and food service delivery
  • implement best practices, innovative solutions, and a safety-first culture across all areas of operation
  • manage multi-unit food service operations and staff exceeding 20 employees
  • oversee budget management and operational efficiency ensuring financial targets are met
  • maintain the highest standards in food safety and quality control
