Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role
  • ability to manage schedules inventory and food safety standards
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • flexible availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to perform the duties including lifting up to 50 pounds standing and walking for extended periods
