Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience managing a restaurant or similar operation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, labor, and food costs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physically capable of performing tasks that require lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
