Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience managing a restaurant or similar operation
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage budgets, labor, and food costs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physically capable of performing tasks that require lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
