Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven restaurant management experience
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively
- strong problem-solving abilities
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive motions throughout the shift
