- proven restaurant management experience
- strong leadership and communication skills
- experience managing budgets and controlling costs
- ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- reliable and committed to guest service
- flexible availability for nights weekends and holidays
- physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving standing walking bending reaching and kneeling
