Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prefer college degree
- Minimum 3 years of related management experience
- Food Protection Manager Certification
- Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities
- Strong customer service abilities
- Physical ability to move frequently around workspace
- Capability to lift, carry, and push weights up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long hours and work in varying temperature conditions
- Proficiency in English reading, writing, and verbal communication
- Physical presence at job site essential
Job Qualifications

- At least 3 years of related management experience
- Food Protection Manager Certification

- Demonstrated food safety knowledge and sanitation practices

- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse individuals
Job Duties
- Plan, develop, and direct daily operations
- Forecast and analyze sales, labor, and profit
- Ensure compliance with established budget
- Schedule, supervise, and participate in operational duties
- Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, discipline, review, and direct management and staff
- Maintain accounting records, daily reporting, and cash control
- Manage profit and loss statements
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Maintain safe facility environment and uphold sanitation and hygiene standards
- Notify District Manager of unusual events or safety issues
- Act as company’s point of contact with client
- Represent company professionally and positively
- Maintain company image when interacting with clients, guests, associates, and vendors
- Maintain awareness of safety issues and report them immediately to management
