Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant industry experience
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Experience in sales management
- International exposure
- Experience managing teams
- P&L responsibility experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Strong sales background and first line management experience
- University degree preferably in a technical or engineering field
- MBA is a plus
- Experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, construction, agricultural equipment, precision components, engineered products, valves or bearings industries
- International experience
- Proven leadership skills with people management experience
- Experience with P&L or business unit responsibilities
- Strong business sense and drive
Job Duties
- Lead direct and control the activities of Faster Inc to achieve commercial and operating objectives
- Establish an overall vision and strategy and approve policies and procedures for Faster Inc that contribute to the corporate plan
- Set and monitor the performance of Faster Inc against standards and targets in manufacturing, administration, cost control, sales, legal compliance and human resources
- Lead guide and develop a team to ensure business objectives and regulatory compliance
- Build just in time services and operations activities to serve Faster customers
- Manage relationships with key OEMs to consolidate and expand market share
- Represent Faster Inc in the USA reporting directly to the President FCT in Italy
