Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
- Ability to manage cash handling and reconciliation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and manage a busy restaurant floor
- Experience with budgeting and cost control
- Prior experience in hotel or catering services is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Proven management experience within the food industry particularly in quick service and fast food restaurants or casual dining environments
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- excellent leadership skills with experience in team management, training and development, and supervising staff
- Ability to oversee kitchen management including food preparation, cooking, inventory control, and food production processes
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and operational planning within a restaurant setting
- Strong communication skills for interviewing candidates and managing staff effectively
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hotel or catering services is a plus

Job Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery
- Oversee staff training, development, and supervision to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures and daily reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas
- Monitor shift performance, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth shift management for optimal productivity
- Implement quality control measures to uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellent food and service
