Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
  • Ability to manage cash handling and reconciliation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and manage a busy restaurant floor
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control
  • Prior experience in hotel or catering services is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Proven management experience within the food industry particularly in quick service and fast food restaurants or casual dining environments
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures
  • Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
  • excellent leadership skills with experience in team management, training and development, and supervising staff
  • Ability to oversee kitchen management including food preparation, cooking, inventory control, and food production processes
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and operational planning within a restaurant setting
  • Strong communication skills for interviewing candidates and managing staff effectively
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in hotel or catering services is a plus
  • culinary or fine dining experience is advantageous

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery
  • Oversee staff training, development, and supervision to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
  • Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
  • Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures and daily reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas
  • Monitor shift performance, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth shift management for optimal productivity
  • Implement quality control measures to uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellent food and service
