Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years in restaurant management including 3+ years as GM or higher
  • experience in fast casual or quick service with high-volume leadership
  • proven record in restaurant openings or operational improvement
  • strong financial, organizational, and communication skills
  • ability to lead and develop a team
  • entrepreneurial mindset
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • partnering with ownership on franchise readiness, operational consistency, and brand development
