Job Duties

  • In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant
  • create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
  • recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders
  • recognize and reward excellent performance
  • quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
  • motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
  • create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail
  • connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
  • effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more
  • control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule
  • understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs
  • live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out
