Job Duties
- In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant
- create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
- recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders
- recognize and reward excellent performance
- quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
- motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
- create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail
- connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
- effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more
- control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule
- understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs
- live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out
